Group relaxation
For what ?
After a day of work, or to take a break, recharge your batteries.
How ?
For 45 minutes we carry out gentle exercises to relax the muscles, to relax, in order to find a balance between bodily sensations and what is happening in the head, to calm the thoughts which race, follow one another and exhaust.
I offer you some simple muscle relaxation exercises based on breathing as well as guided relaxation.
What should you bring?
You can bring a yoga mat if you have one.
Prefer a comfortable and flexible outfit.

Formula of 10 sessions: 1450 DKK
