Join the "Stress Management session with Sophrology" (group session)

Sophrology Copenhagen organizes a group session about stress management wednesday the 23 october:

  • from 6 to 7 pm in french

  • from 7 to 8 pm in english.


This class is for everybody whether you already have or not attended and got the benefice of a group or an individual session.

Maybe you will have experienced a busy and long day and will be happy to relax before or after coming home. Your are welcome to join us if you want to.


Sophrology is a wonderful body mind method to help to find inner calm, to be more conscious of our own resources, to be more deeply happy and be empowered.

With gentle movements, with breathing exercises, muscles relaxation, positive visualization and meditation, you learn to manage and reduce sustainably stress. You learn to know your body and yourself better.

A group session is a good opportunity to exchange with the others participants. It´s the occasion to relax and offer yourself a moment in bubble of calm and peace. You will


It´s not necessary to practice for a long time to experience results. A regular practice of 10 min a day is enough to feel relaxed.


During a group session of stress management, we will focus on

  • our own stress reaction ( how does our body react, what do we experience, which sensations..)

  • we will learn tools reduce stress

  • and we will see how to stay continuously away from stress.


This class will take place at the Mesoestetic Center - Frederiksberg Allé 39A, 1820 Frederiksberg ( 2min Frederiksberg Allé metro station).
